Refund Policy



Fundraising Nature of Events
Tee Off 4 Charity events are charitable fundraising activities. Registration fees, sponsorships, raffles, and donations contribute directly to event costs and fundraising outcomes for the nominated charity. As such, payments are generally non-refundable.
 
Event Registrations
Once an event registration is confirmed, it is non-refundable, except where required under Australian Consumer Law. If you are unable to attend an event, Tee Off 4 Charity may, at its discretion, allow the registration to be transferred to another participant or treated as a charitable donation. Requests for transfers must be made in writing prior to the event.
 
Event Cancellation or Postponement 
If an event is cancelled or postponed due to circumstances beyond our control, including weather conditions, venue availability, safety concerns, or government restrictions, Tee Off 4 Charity may reschedule the event, transfer registrations to the new date, or allocate registration fees to the charitable cause. No refunds will be provided for additional costs incurred by participants, including travel, accommodation, or equipment hire.
 
Sponsorships, Donations & Raffles
Sponsorship payments, donations, and raffle ticket purchases are non-refundable, except where required by law.
 
Exceptional Circumstances
Refunds may be considered in exceptional circumstances at the sole discretion of Tee Off 4 Charity. Any approved refund may be subject to administrative or transaction fees.
 
Australian Consumer Law
Nothing in this Refund Policy excludes or limits your rights under Australian Consumer Law.
