Terms & Conditions

General
Tee Off 4 Charity events are conducted to raise funds for nominated charitable organisations. By registering for or supporting an event, participants and sponsors acknowledge and agree to these Terms & Conditions.

Registrations & Refunds
All registrations are non-refundable. If a registered player is unable to attend, the registration fee will be converted into a charitable donation supporting the nominated charity. No refunds will be provided for any reason.

Transfers & Substitutions
Registrations are transferable to another player at no additional cost. Transfer requests must be advised prior to the event to ensure accurate event administration.

Sponsorships & Event Purchases
All sponsorships and purchases relating to raffles, auctions, mulligans, on-course competitions, merchandise, or fundraising activities are non-refundable.

Event Changes, Cancellation or Postponement
Tee Off 4 Charity reserves the right to reschedule, postpone, or cancel an event due to circumstances beyond its control. Registrations and sponsorships will be transferred to a rescheduled date where possible. If an event is cancelled and cannot be rescheduled, payments will be treated as charitable donations unless otherwise required by law.

Charity & Use of Funds
Funds raised will be directed to the nominated charity after deduction of legitimate event costs. Tee Off 4 Charity endeavors to maximise funds raised for each cause.

Acknowledgement
By completing a registration or making a payment, participants and sponsors confirm that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Australia and the State of Queensland. Participants and sponsors agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Queensland in respect of any dispute arising from or in connection with this event.
